Before reading

Module 4 of 7

Select books

Try to vary the type of book you read each time, so the children hear both fiction and non-fiction text. A list of recommended books to start with, as well as how to get books, is provided in Resources.

Discover the exciting adventure of choosing the perfect books with your kids!

If you are reading virtually, books will either be supplied to you through our book bag choices, or through the online platform Readeo. Readeo book selections will be shared by your facilitator.

Sit together

If you are reading virtually, join the digital platform. Make sure the child can see both you and the book. Make sure everyone is comfortable, and be sure to test the audio!
